On-site there is an 18-hole golf-course, as well as outdoor tennis courts, an indoor leisure centre with sauna, poolworld, tennis, squash and badminton courts, golf practice range, children's play and games rooms, restaurants and bars. The spacious rooms sleep four, but do not have kitchens. The surrounding lakeland countryside is perfect for outdoor summer pursuits, such as walking, swimming, sailing and fishing. Winter offers downhill and cross-country skiing.
